Mental health coaching offers a space to explore the options for taking care of wellbeing - mentally, emotionally, physically. My aim is to empower the client in their journey of taking steps toward healing, health and growth.
These sessions are a mixture of exploring your story, receiving supportive mental & emotional health education, and providing guiding principles in finding the right places and resources for support.
Life Coaching
If you wonder, "I want to see change in my life, but I'm not certain how to get there. I have many ideas, but it is hard to focus on a few of them," coaching sessions could be a great space for you.
Coaching provides a space for the client to discover values & goals, creatively solve problems, and passionately pursue dreams. It's a client-centered space to find a client's best path forward, receiving encouragement and accountability along the way.
These sessions are focused on clarifying goals, discovering values, building awareness of oneself, and developing action plans out of what the client is learning and discovering.
Personal Debriefing
If you find yourself in a life transition, or many events and situations have occurred over the past few months or years, personal debriefing is a great starting place to give yourself the opportunity to tell your story in detail in a safe, inviting, non-judgmental space.
Debriefing provides a safe space to slow down and tell your story. To process through your lived experiences from a certain period of time. It is a great way to reflect on what has happened before jumping to solving problems, creating new goals, etc. I hold a specific certification to provide this service and I am happy to explain more how it could benefit you in a consultation.
Training & Retreat Facilitation
If you are looking for wellbeing resources & support for your team at work or your community, my training & retreat facilitation could be a good fit for you. Drawing from my diverse training and educational background, I can create trainings or wellbeing retreats for your group. These can focus on mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual health.
